The Benelux Regulations in the field of trademarks and designs is a loose-leaf publication containing the full Dutch and French texts of the Benelux Convention on Intellectual Property, the Implementing Regulations and the accompanying explanatory memorandum. Additionally, the publication contains the Privileges and Immunities Protocol of the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property.

The convenient structure comprising titles, chapters and tabs will enable you to find the legislation and the pages you need in very little time. This publication is a must for those who, from time to time, need to be able to consult the rules governing the protection of trademarks and designs.

This first edition (January 2007) costs € 45. You can fill in and print the Order Form (in Dutch or French) for a copy of the Benelux regulations.
