Getting advice

Applying for changes and renewals
You can fill in the form for the recordal of changes (modifications) in the register (form in Dutch or French and explanatory notes in Dutch or French) on screen. Then print out the form and send it to us by post or by fax.
You can print out the renewal form (form in Dutch or French and explanatory notes in Dutch or French), but you cannot fill it in on screen. Enter the required information manually on the print-out and send the form to us by post or by fax. Note that renewing your registration will be easier if you complete and return the reminder that you receive six months before the expiry date.
For the present, no online procedure is available for the recordal of changes in the register and for renewals. We are currently upgrading the BOIP online filing system. In a few months' time, the online tool will be available.
