Searching the register for a trademark
The Trademarks Register contains all trademark applications and registrations that are valid in the Benelux countries. In addition to Benelux trademarks, this includes Community (i.e., European) trademarks and international trademarks which designate the Benelux.
In the Trademarks Register you can monitor the status of your own applications and registrations, and check out existing trademarks held by other parties.
NB. If a trademark does not appear in the Trademarks Register, that does not automatically mean that it is available. Want to know more? Then go to the section "Is my trademark still available?".
Copies
The Trademarks Register also serves as the official publication for Benelux trademarks. This means, among other things, that many authorities will accept copies from the Register as proof of your application or registration. You can produce a copy yourself (free of charge) by clicking on "Print". If you still need a certified copy (for a charge), just click on "Order".
