Do things yourself or get things done by others?
If you wish, you can arrange the registration of your trademarks yourself. We have done everything possible to make the registration procedure at the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) as straightforward as possible. A lot of information can be found on this website. If you file your trademarks online, the help function will lead you through all the administrative steps. If you download the paper form (in Dutch or French) you can also consult the explanatory notes to the form and the explanatory notes to the procedure (in Dutch or French).
You should, however, remember that optimal protection of your trademarks involves all kinds of practical and legal issues.
