A strong trademark, right from the start

What are the fees for trademark registration?

Applying for a trademark in the Benelux in three classes costs € 240. The amount due must be paid into our bank account within a month of the application date. If we have not received your payment within this term, the filing date will be extended until the moment your payment is received.

Please be aware that if you trademark is not registered - due to or a refusal or an opposition, for instance - you will not be reimbursed for the application costs incurred.
